Neuranics returned to Sensors Converge 2026 in Santa Clara, USA, from 5 to 7 May, marking our third year attending one of the key global events for sensors, electronics and embedded systems. The event provided another valuable opportunity to reconnect with existing contacts, meet new teams, and continue conversations around the future of sensing technologies.

Throughout the show, Neuranics exhibited at Booth 516, showcasing our latest TMR magnetic sensing solutions and demonstrating how ultra-sensitive magnetic sensing can enable new possibilities across digital health, wearables, XR and human-machine interfaces.

Representing Neuranics at the event were members of our sales, technical and leadership teams, including Sales Engineer Rhianna Sweeney, Biomedical Engineer Valerio Francioni, and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Kia Nazarpour. Across the three days, the team engaged with engineers, product developers, technical teams and potential partners exploring next-generation sensing technologies for real-world applications.

As part of the Sensors Converge programme, CSO Kia Nazarpour delivered a session titled “Magnetic Sensing at the PicoTesla Level: Unlocking Next-Gen Wearables and Digital Health.” The session explored how advances in Tunneling Magnetoresistance are enabling ultra-sensitive, low-power magnetic sensors capable of detecting picoTesla-level magnetic fields. It also covered how magnetic sensing differs from electrical biosignal measurement, and how custom ASICs and edge AI can support real-time adaptability in next-generation wearable devices.

Sensors Converge provided a valuable setting for conversations around magnetic biosignal detection, system integration and the role of compact, low-power sensors in future wearable and embedded products. Discussions at the stand covered applications across health monitoring, gesture recognition, XR interfaces and broader human-machine interaction.

The level of engagement reflected growing interest in sensing approaches that can move beyond traditional contact-based methods and support more seamless, continuous and intuitive data capture. For Neuranics, the event was an important opportunity to share progress, gather feedback and connect with companies assessing new sensing modalities for future product development.
