We seek a highly motivated Sensor Modelling Engineer to join our ambitious, growing team.

At Neuranics Ltd, you will drive the simulation and development of TMR sensor technologies, with a strong emphasis on device modelling. Your responsibilities include feasibility analysis, material stack-up design, PDK development, sensor performance modelling, and extensive use of TCAD tools for device simulation. You will model the electrical and thermal behaviour of semiconductor devices within the sensor systems. Collaborating with teams across sensor design, semiconductor integration, and materials science is critical.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sensor models (TMR sensor behaviour and semiconductor devices) using TCAD and other simulation tools.
  • Create and maintain Process Development Kits (PDKs) for sensor designs.
  • Lead tolerance analysis and correlate simulation data with physical tests.
  • Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and material property simulations using FEA and TCAD tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sensor and device performance.

 

Essential Experience:
  • Expertise in electromagnetic and semiconductor device modelling/simulations using TCAD, FEA, SPICE, etc.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and/or TMR sensor technology.
  • Experience in PDK development and circuit simulation.
  • Familiarity with thermal, mechanical, and electrical material property modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate simulations with experimental data.
