We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to build and lead a product development team at Neuranics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver products that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to commercialisation.
  • Work closely with product management to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs and technical specifications.
  • Implement and optimise development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product development projects in a deep tech environment.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in XR Hardware and/or Semiconductors
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience in Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



  • A strong foundation in XR Hardware and/or Semiconductors and the ability to build an engineering team.
  • The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a a team of engineers. This includes fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting collaboration and professional growth.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, eg. Wrike. This includes planning, prioritising, and executing projects efficiently, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. This includes analysing complex technical issues, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing effective strategies to overcome challenges and improve processes.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts and project requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to withstand high pressure situations
  • Willing to travel and on occasion



  • Product ownership, initiative in proposing new products and features
  • All developments need to be treated as a safety critical application
  • Develop and deliver outstanding service to customers
